current events >> FEBRUARY

Has February been strange for anyone else? This has seriously been one of the weirdest February's I've ever experienced. It was super busy, which is not your typical February and on top of that we had so many warm days- like t-shirt weather days.

It has been so crazy and I can't believe we're entering month three of a no longer "new" year!

ACCOMPLISHED>> I actually completed the water challenge that I wanted to do for the month- drinking 64+ Oz. of water per day. I also started working on organizing my pictures by getting them all transferred to an external hard drive-- now onto going through each and every folder...

TRIED>> Some new craft projects. Painting, transferring, making canvas prints, etc. These will all be able to be viewed in hopefully a short amount of time as long as things stay on track!

READ>> "The Magnolia Story" + "A Faith Full Marriage". Two books in one short month- whew this was a good month! "The Magnolia Story" was obviously great. You can't go wrong with Chip and Jo. This one was hard to put down. It had so many great stories + quotes in it! Plus some inspiration. "A Faith Full Marriage" was good. It's a shorter book from Striving Together. Short, but to the point!!

LOVED>> some of the lyrics to "Consider Him" --> Though in the race of faith you seek relief, RESET your gaze on Him Who knows your grief. rejected by the ones He came to save, without complaint His sacred life He gave. Consider Him Who chose a lonely cross. Consider Him and marvel at His loss. Despising shame Christ suffered in your place. Consider Him, sufficient is His grace. And YES, I'm still in love with grace + I'm still learning it.

GONE>> New York. I'm actually there right now on a business/birthday trip with my sister. We're hoping to get as much work done as we're getting coffee drinking + laughing done.

PLANNED>> New photo shoots. So far I have 3 scheduled for the month of March. I'm looking forward to getting back into doing some photo shoots!

PHOTOGRAPHED>> just some pictures of everyday life. Doing the 365 Project last year really got me into noticing small moments to photograph in everyday life. I'm not doing that project this year, however I am trying to not look over those "small" moments.

STARTED>> Looking for plane tickets. Adventure season is coming and I AM SO EXCITED!
