People Who Invest Time in My Life.I am thankful for people who invest their time to help the needs of others.There has been so many people over the years that have taken time to teach,and talk,and pray.It means allot to know that there are people that are willing to invest time to impact other people's lives!

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 29

Assurance.I am thankful that I can have assurance of where I am going when I die.I don't have to worry,my Lord has promised it-I am 100% sure that when I die I am going to heaven to be with the Lord.

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 28

People who are faithful to the Lord.I am thankful for all different people who are faithful to the Lord.Pastor's,missionaries,teachers...without people who will faithfully serve where God has put them,where would this world be?

Hymns.I am so thankful for good old fashioned hymns.Written years ago and sung all over the world for ages.Hymns can have some powerful words.

Being Home-schooled.I am thankful for the privileged of being able to stay at home and do school.I'm glad I don't have to get up and go to school every morning.I am also glad that I can always have one on one time with my teacher!:)

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 22

Thanksgiving Day.I am thankful that we have a time set-aside every year to give thanks to the Lord.Though some people just use it as a time to get together with family,I as Christian can use the day to spend an extra amount of time praising my Saviour.

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 21

Ministries.I am thankful for all the ministries that the Lord allows me to be involved in at my church.It is such a blessing to be able to serve the Lord!

God's Beautiful Creation.I am so thankful for the beauty of God's creation.I am so glad he didn't just put us on a dull,and ugly world.I love seeing His creation,whether from the top of a mountain or just  gazing at the stars.I enjoy it very much!

Forgiveness.I am so thankful for forgiveness from family,friends,and most importantly I am thankful for the forgiveness from God.No matter what I do he will always forgive me!

Good Health.I am thankful for good health that the Lord has given me.I am so thankful that I don't have any illness or sickness,or that I am fighting to live.

Memories.I am thankful for all the great memories I have with family and friends and I can't wait for all the good memories to come!!!

Freedom.Today I am thankful for the freedom that we have in this country.I am so thankful that I have the freedom to worship my God in any way that I choose with out having to worry about getting caught for worshiping Him!

Missions Trips.I am thankful for the missions trip's that  I have been on and I am thankful for the one's,Lord willing,that will come.I would rather go on a mission's trip than take a vacation!To see the Lord work is something that I will never forget!

Good music.I'm thankful for good conservative music.Music can uplift and encourage,and I'm so thankful that there is still some good music out there!

Good Books.I'm thankful for good books,even though I am not a big fan of reading,I like to read a good book.I especially enjoy reading devotional books,that encourage and help build my walk with God.

30 Days Thankfulness-Day 12

The Word of God.I'm so thankful that the Lord gave us His word,and that I can keep as many copies as I want in my house.It is the best book ever written!

Patriot's Honor

Patriots Honor
1.We're a nation built on freedom,
but freedom isn't free.
We're a nation built on sacrifice,
a land of liberty,
and the crosses on a thousand fields
around the world today,
are a testimony,
to the price great soldiers had to pay.
*And so I'm thankful
for those who stand up for
the red,white,and blue.
For those who put their life on the line,
and I'm proud to say
that I live in the USA,
this is the Land of the free,
this is the Home of the Brave,
this is the Land of liberty,
the USA.
2.So as time has come and time has gone
in the land of the free,
we've had soldiers come,
and soldiers fall for our right to liberty,
and so we honor them and their families,
for the sacrifice they made,
cause now our nation stands as a citadel,
for the price that they paid.
3.Many times these days
we raise the flag of surrender in this land
to devices brought by Satan's woes
we become a yielding land,
for those who laugh at God
and reject His Son must hear of Jesus saving grace,
so that this land we love might know the truth
 that our sins He can wash away.
*And so I'm thankful
 for those who stand up for
 the Bible and for truth,
for those who put their lives on the line,
I will stand and say "God save the USA."
This is the land of the free,
this is the Home of the Brave,
this is the land of liberty the USA.

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 11

Soldiers.I am so thankful for the soldiers that fight for our liberty.Because with out them there would be no freedom.I am so thankful for soldiers that are  willing to go fight overseas for us,and for our country!

My Church.I am so glad that the Lord gave me a church where I can go and worship the Lord,and be fed from God's word.I'm also thankful that in my church I can also serve the Lord.

My friends.I am so thankful that the Lord blessed me with friends.I am so thankful that I have friends who will act crazy with me,but will also sit and listen to me and encourage me.I'm thankful for the friends in my life who push me closer to God,and want to do His will for their lives.

My Brother,Josiah.I am thankful that the Lord gave me a brother.He is the best brother anybody could ask for.I like when me and him talk,just the two of us.We just talk about what is going on in life and such.

My sister,Olivia.Olivia and I have always been really close.And I am so thankful for that.I know Liv is always there for me to talk to,though I do most of the talking and she does most of the listening.She is surrendered to God and wants to do what He wants for her life,setting a great example!

My sister,Anna.Anna is such a great sister to me.We have so many great memories together.I'm thankful for Anna and the example she has set for me.She has shown me that no matter where God call's-always go.She has also shown me that you can keep a clean and pure relationship when dating.She has shown many other things,but those are some of the most valuable things she has shown me.I am so thankful for the relationship I have with her!

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 5

My Brother-in-Law,Matt.I am thankful for my brother-in-law.Even though at times he can be kinda crazy...it just means he fits in with the rest of the family.I know that he always there for me if I ever need to talk to him.He makes an excellent brother-in-law,matter of fact he is my favorite brother-in-law and the best one I have ever had!:)

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 4

My Mom.I'm so thankful that the Lord gave me a godly mom.She is always there for me if I need to talk,I don't have to worry that she might not have time for me because I know that she will take the time.she is also the very best teacher.I'm so thankful that the Lord gave me a mom who stays at home all the time to clean and keep house and to teach school.She also wants all of us kids to do exactly what the Lord wants for our lives,even if it means moving away.I could not have asked the Lord for a better mom.

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 3

My Dad.I'm so thankful that the Lord gave me a godly father,who is willing to follow God wherever He leads.I'm so glad that he is saved and has set standards for my family.I'm so glad he tells me NO!Because I know that it is all for my benefit.On Sunday mornings,and Wednesday evenings,I don't have to ask "Hey Dad,are we going to church today?" I know because,every single Sunday and Wednesday of my life (unless I was sick) I knew we'd be in church.My dad wants the best for my life.One time he was preaching on missions,after returning from a missions trip to Greenland,and as he was preaching he made a statement about how he didn't care if God called his kids to Timbuktu,he wouldn't hold us back,because he wants us to do exactly what God wants us to do.My dad has taken my family on so many adventures,and made lots of great memories.He has also shared his love with the outdoors and four-wheelers with me.Thanks Dad!

My Salvation.I am so thankful that the Lord made me realize my need for Salvation 9 years ago,and that He so graciously excepted me into His family;and promised that He would never let any thing or anyone pluck me out of His hand.I am His and He is mine...

30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 1

Today I am thankful for My Lord and Saviour,Jesus Christ.He was willing to come to earth,be born of a man,and eventually hang on a tree to pay for the sins of the whole world.There has never been a greater picture of love.My mind can not even comprehend how he could have enough love to hang on a tree and die for such an ungrateful world.BUt even though I don't fully understand,I am so glad he did!
