 •in the kitchen• there is nothing quite like grandma's cooking, and what a splendid thing for her to pass on her recipes from generation to generation. i am ever so thankful for my heritage. {Psalm 61:5...thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.}

 //day 26// •happy• Bryan, Lynn, Olivia, and I on my graduation day. So blessed to have these two as my youth leaders over the years. They are amazing and I really can't imagine my life without them!!

•i'm grateful for...• i'm ever so grateful for my amazing youth group and youth workers [unfortunately only a few are pictured here]. particularly thankful for that guy on the left end- Bryan...not only is he the best youth pastor ever, he's an amazing friend :) {Proverbs 27:17 iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend}

•somewhere you want to go• i would go just about any where in the world, but this place is among the tops. would love to go visit and help the villarreals one day in nicaragua. {Mark 16:15...Go ye into all the world...}

•last thing you bought• actually my ma bought me this pretty little blue pot for my hope chest, at a thrift store. **i am probably more excited about this pot than i should be** so thankful for a mom who encouragers preparation to be a keeper at home. {the aged women likewise, that they be...teachers of good things...that they may teach the young women to be...keepers at home.} titus 2:3-5

•something silly• this was actually taken about a year and half ago during a trip we took to ohio, but I happened upon it in my camera roll and needed a silly picture! So thankful for these crazy, silly people :) •Proverbs 17:22 a merry heart doeth good like a medicine: •

•church• this evening we went in to Mexico and had church services...that's my dad preaching with bro. Hector interpreting for him.

The memories I have at this place are countless and as I've spent the last week here, I can't help but recall many of them to my mind.

-early mornings in the kitchen 

-listening to Spanish hymns while cleaning 

-tear filled testimonies 

-listening to heroes 

-singing on the bus 

-praying and watching God answer prayer, only in the best way possible 

-assembling Scripture and talking 

-playing four-on-a couch late in to the night 

-seeing lives changed 

-water drinking contests 

-people coming to the Saviour 

-stealing sunglasses 

-sitting around singing with the summer workers 

I could go on and on, but I'll close. 

Words are inadequate. 

Pictures are limiting. 

Explanations are incomplete. 

Tears are appropriate. 

Gratefulness is necessary.
