Perhaps some future day,Lord, thy strong hand
Will lead me to the place where I must stand
Utterly alone.
Alone,O gracious Lover,but Thee,
I shall be satisfied if I can see
Jesus only.
I do not no Thy plan for years to come.
My spirit finds in Thee its perfect home,
Sufficency
Lord,all my desire is before Thee now;
Lead on-no matter where,no matter how.
I trust in Thee.

Missions Monday
This past Sunday my Pastor preached the 2nd message in a series called "Living in the Midst of Dying",the title of his message this week was "Light in the Midst of Darkness".
He used Matthew 5:13-16.He had two points:
1)THE PRIORITY OF BEING LIGHT
~light can't be hid-vs. 14
~light wouldn't be hid-vs. 15
~light mustn't be hid-vs.16
We need to make being a light a priority!
2)THE PURPOSE OF BEING LIGHT
We should be drawing people to Christ through us,don't let the attention fall on us, talk about what God is doing!
"Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."-Matthew 5:16
Some other verses he used were Philippians 2:15,Ephesians 2:2-4&10,5:7-11,13&14
He also stated that if he were to light a candle and turn out all the lights, everyone would be looking at the light!

The Boy and His Four-Wheeler
This is Josiah riding around on his four-wheeler,he was perfectly fine with me taking videos of him riding around,actually this is what he said to me;
"Do you want to get one of me doing a wheelie,I mean it doesn't really matter, but I guess if you want to,so do you wanna go do it?"
Sorry,I'll have to get the wheelie video later!

Vashti-Esther chapters 1-3
Definition-"Beautiful Woman"
Vashti was a queen married to King Ahasuerus(Xerxes). He was king over land from India to Ethiopia. The King held an 187 day feast(180-for the people,7-for the servants)along with the feast came drinking, the King became drunk and then got the idea that he would show off his wife, his wife didn't like the idea very much and decided that she wouldn't go.Refusing the King was a very bold thing for Vashti to do.This made the King very mad causing him to punish her in public,he placed a decree that all wives would give honor to their husbands.the King divorced Vashti which not only lost her husband but also her wealth, but still Vashti was not ashamed for what she had done she stood up for her modesty and self respect.
Vashti went from being a queen to becoming a beggar, she went from honor to dishonor-but she preserved her dignity.Once the King sobered up he started missing Vashti and was sorry for the choices he had made!
Lessons we can learn from Vashti's story:
~Never drink,it may make you make a desicion you'll regret
~Stand up for what you know is right
~Choice's that you choose today will effect your tomorrow

Most Recent Craft Project
My oldest sister got me this frame for Christmas and couldn't decide what to put in it.My other sister was working on embroidering a pillow case and I was like "I want to embroider something, but what?",then a light bulb came on!After searching for awhile I came up with this to put on it:
"The Lord is my rock,and my fortress,and my deliverer,my God,my strength,in whom I will trust;my buckler,and the horn of my salvation,and my high tower.~Psalm 18:2"
I figured out what font I wanted us on the computer, typed it up and printed it out.
I laid the printed sheet of paper underneath my material and traced the words onto it.
Then came the embroidering!
Finished!
