CHAPTER 17-Choose Just Friends

• Rather than obsessing over guys or girls-obsess over God and growing into His image.Obsess over knowing Him and spending time with others who want to know Him.Obsess over becoming who God desires you to become.-pg. 167

4.A friend is knit to your heart

5.A friend can share friends

• A true friend doesn't have problems with friends having other friends.-pg. 169

6.A friend expresses love

• Secret love has no place in a real friendship.-pg. 169

• As God sees you being who you should be,in His time He will most likely knit your soul close to a member of the opposite gender.At that time,it won't take much to build a strong and healthy relationship with the right person-you will already have laid a strong foundation by being his ot her friend.-pg. 173
